People Management - A growing need of the hour

While we continue to wait for #justicefortilottama, which has triggered the unraveling of a rampant unfair work scenario in government medical colleges, one must cognize that the "unfair" aspect exists everywhere, including the corporate space.  Image Courtesy: Yahoo Images So often we hear incidents where a male employee misbehaves with a female counterpart, or a manager speaks deregoratively with a subordinate. When the matter is reported to the HR team, often it is routed to the Operations Head.
